Get matched with the right therapist

Finding the right therapist matters. At Olney Counseling Center, you are not expected to sort through profiles and guess who might be the best fit.  We take a thoughtful, team-based approach to matching so you feel supported from the beginning.

Our clinicians bring a wide range of training, experience, and perspectives. Together, our team works with children, teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families, and includes providers with specialized experience in trauma, high-conflict family systems, court-involved cases, neurodiversity, and life transitions.

We use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed strategies, trauma-focused care including EMDR, and family-centered models. The specific approach depends on your needs, your goals, and what feels most helpful for you.
