Virtual Teen Self Esteem Group
Dear Patients and Guardians,
We are excited to have new groups starting at Olney Counseling.
Our first group starts July 7th, every Thursday virtually from 4pm-5pm. (Skip week 7/28)
This is a six-week group 7/7-8/18
Thursdays 4-5pm.
Ages welcome: 15-19 years old.
$75.00 per week
Facilitator: Nicole McAnally-Turner, LCPC, NCC

Details:
- Meet other teens that also would like to work on increasing their self esteem.
- Coping skills for low self esteem.
- Learn and utilize daily affirmations.
- Increase in self reflection.
- Learn how to reframe negative judgements.
- Gain trust and support from same-aged peers.
